What data do we collect?
Our Company collects the following data:
Personal identification information (Name, email address, phone number, documentary data to facilitate registering a death, arranging a funeral.)

Register online or make an enquiry for any of our services.
Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.

How will we use your data?
Our Company collects your data so that we can: Process and manage your account for services you have engaged us for. Email you with details from other authorities/agencies with whom we are activating on your behalf.
When Our Company processes your instructions, we may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from, local authorities, dioceses, suppliers, credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.
How do we store your data?
We securely store your data at our registered offices in a secure and encrypted data base which is password protected. The data base is a stand alone system with no external connections to email or internet.
Our Company will keep your personal contact data for 28 days. Unless required by external authorities through legislation to retain the data to be compliant with that legislation (Revenue). Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by encrypted data deletion.
Carroll & Fitzgerald will not send you information for marketing purposes. Nor will we share your data with other organisations for the purposes of direct marketing.
